 What     is working?

With Facebook adds TuNori.com reached over 30.5k audience and have 92 post engagements. So my adds are working great.  

What     is not working?

Same as last week my business is totally still. And this COVID-19 does not really work for neither of us I suppose.

How     do you feel the project is coming?

Looking to the future - for better times to come.

What     are you learning about running a business?

Being patient, positive and consistent with what I am doing, sooner or later it will bring some results.

What     are you learning about yourself?

Never give up.

Business is totally still. And this COVID-19 does not really work for me  and there is nothing that I can do about it.

What is working?

With Facebook adds I am reaching more people and getting more page views.

I think people are too scared to order products from China at this moment.

How do you feel the project is coming?

I am sure that after all this COVID-19 mess is over I will start seeing the results.

What     is working?

This week I ran another Facebook Audience Building Ad. As of March 21st, my Facebook post reached 56.300 people. I have got 304 post engagements and 5 new page likes.

What     is not working?

As some of my products coming from China, clients as well as I am getting worried about COVID-19 being transferred throughout orders. Thus, orders are not coming in.

How     do you feel the project is coming?

I am still feeling optimistic that sooner or later this all mess will pass and sales will pick up.

What     are you learning about running a business?

Economical changes are drastically impacting sales.

What     are you learning about yourself?

I am patient and optimistic.

Progress of Start-Up Venture - Week 9

What     is working?

As of March 8th, my Facebook post reached 27,200 people. I have got 249 post engagements and 36 new page likes. I recently created Facebook Shop page and starting my new TuNori.com Facebook Audience Building Ad presenting different items. I also figured out how to adjust S&H and how to incorporate it in pricing. I made an order to see how it would work and it worked. I have been chatting with more people about my page, so let’s hope I will start making some sales soon.

What     is not working?

Ads are a bit slow. I wish I could get some sales. But this kind of business takes time.

How     do you feel the project is coming?

So far, I think everything is going smoothly. I am preparing my next ad run.

What     are you learning about running a business?

As always marketing is extremely important.

What     are you learning about yourself?

I am patient. It will work 😊

Progress of Start-Up Venture - Week 8

What is working?

So, on February 29th I started to run TuNori.com Facebook Audience Building Ad and it seems that it’s doing its job. My ad so far reached over 15.5K audience and I’ve got about 157 Post Engagements. Which I think it is good considering that my ad is running for only 6 days so far.

What is not working?

I talked to some of my potential customers and I found out that they consider my S&H fee too high. Thus, I will have to do more research to see how can I decrease S&H.

How do you feel the project is coming?

As this is just the beginning of the business, thus, it is a bit slow. However, I am working on marketing and I am hopeful that sooner or later it will pick up.

What are you learning about running a business?

Marketing is extremely important. If no one will know about my business, there will be no business.

What are you learning about yourself?

I am dedicated and I will make it work 😊

Progress of Start-Up Venture - Week 7

TuNori.com is progressing as scheduled. During the first half of this course I learned quite a lot about starting up business. I am being pushed to my limits and there is no time for procrastination 😊

 what is working?

TuNori.com website is set up and running. I am receiving lots of positive comments about it. I am adding more and more items to sell. I do talk about my website to my family and friends. I am posting information and advertising my products on my TuNori.com Facebook page (please join).

what is not working?

I find it is harder than it looks to find customers. However, I did not start to run any marketing yet. Thus, I am not being discouraged yet. I am planning to start marketing this week on Facebook.

how do you feel the project is coming?

I am extremely excited about this project. I will put as much time as I need to make it successful.  

what are you learning about running a business?

Well, starting and running a business it’s not an easy task. It takes a lot of time to setting it up. There are a lot of different things to learn. So, I spend quite a bit of time reading and educating myself on subjects such as choosing products to sell, pricing, marketing, etc.

what are you learning about yourself?

I learned that I quite enjoying doing researches, educating myself about e-commerce and looking for products to sell. If I put my mind to something, I can achieve it.
