Our team did a good job this week. We had successfully delivered our report to the class and I am proud and glad of our group for having to derive with an amazing concept. It was an equal effort given by everybody and I was pleased with how things are going. However, there are parts of our presentation that needs to be edited or omitted and that is what we are working on. During our presentation, we also realized that the value presentation program, which would have been alright to be removed but we included it anyway, has consumed most of our time to present. Mr. Pascua also has given a lot of points to improve and develop our start-up business.
As we are provided a video to watch for, there I learned the Nine Elements of the Business Model Canvas which are as follows; Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Revenue Streams, Channels, Customer Relations, Key Activities, Key Sources, Key Partners, and Cost Structure. These all are helpful basis to assess business model.
To sum up all our learning from this topic, we learned that we must put emphasis on valuing customers- creating good relationship and showing good rapport to people will keep the business going because people will keep on coming back.
