Customer Service Representative’s Bare Requirements: A diploma in higher education, GED, or equivalent. 1- or more year of customer service experience in a call center, retail or other customer oriented business. Able to communicate clearly on the phone/email. Proficiency in Windows products including Microsoft Office, email, and internet access.
