I remember tinker bell using leaves for her dress which was coool, so she’s using a bunch of different leaves for her top and her pants and some vines with branches for the middle
And the coat is the yellow leaves, sometimes crunchy

This dress, whilst it had completely enamored me, does not make sense at all. Sure, River respects no status quo or setting at all, but what? She's wearing this entirely sophisticated gown with jewels and en elaborate hairdo and... she's just covered in tally marks. Skin and face just bearing tallies. Girl, whatever.
Late to the river-song appreciation week, but it wasn't my fault...wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey, guys! The Doctor was driving! That was why I was late!!! xd
