Darkness Into Light

This Saturday, I’m walking in Darkness Into Light for Pieta House to join the global fight against suicide and self-harm.

This year the walk means so much to me as I’ve lost a close friend, Tara, to suicide. I am walking along side many others in her honour.

Thankfully I’ve seen what Pieta House has done for people. Last year my sister was suicidal, she attempted to take her life, luckily she was able to get a one on one appointment with a counselor in Pieta House. Thanks to them, my little sister is back to her cheerful, bright self.

Unfortunately not everyone is able to get this help, like my friend Tara. If you can donate anything at all, to help keep this organization running, it would mean the world to me and so many other people.
