22 days now in meditation retreat in Nilambe, Sri Lanka. The perfect spot for me.

Delusional mind! Delusional mind! I laugh at the insanity Cause I see in Reality Only this moment is.

Thoughts of despair - “there is no repair”. Then fantasies of fame - aggrandizing with no shame!

My sweet sweet mind I see the illusion of your own confusion. I see the insanity of how I perceive reality.

Now I will rest in non-dual awareness, my true nature, and surrender to what is.

Quit my job, renting out my house. In 3 weeks I'm flying out to Sri Lanka for a couple of months. Then most likely India for some months! I'm so excited!!!!! :)

Eckhart Tolle - Surrender, Attention and Compassion - Rishikesh 2002

No words can speak how deeply i love this place that is called Rishikesh. There is a magic there that touches my soul like no other place. The Ganga, she sings in silence the song of the sacred.  Oh the magic of bathing in the Ganga a little bit upstream from Laxman Jhula where no one is around, the sand is golden and the waters are crystal clear.

I plan to spend some time there this winter-spring. It's funny how sometimes we need to journey some where so that can journey more within.

Even though Anthony Kiedis and Flea said many times that they weren't so happy with this record(One Hot Minute), that it was kind of hard and lacked that vintage RHCP love vibe(John Frusciante wasn't there), it's still one of my favorite RHCP albums. It really rocks, still has that bloodsugarsexmagik kinda power and has got a lot of great vibes and tones in there. I love it. It does have some darker shades as Anthony was experiencing again how disempowering heroin can be -

Every thing that we experience is a reflection of our own energy, our own state of being and of what we hold in our fields on many levels of reality. Change your state of being, and reality will shift(sometimes in ways that are truly mind blowing). Physical reality is an illusion. Not in the sense that it doesn't exist because on it's own level it obviously does. It's an illusion in the sense that it is merely a reflection of our own energy and has no substance of it's own. We are recreating the universe in every microsecond.

As an insider, he understands the implications of taking on organizations such as the NSA and the CIA. I see him as an American hero. Someone who puts his life on the line for the sake of his country, his people, and humanity.

Heart Centered: Integration happens by moving out of the head, where you are in the victim/perpetrator mindset, and into the heart center. The heart center doesn't have any filters that say, "I'm limited. I'm not enough." When you are heart centered you move into the perception of co-creator. You are a co-creative being, and you can see how and why you create an experience and how it is of service to you.
