This Bulgarian cheese is made from sheep's milk, which gives it a very rich and creamy taste. It's absolutely delicious.  The red on top is paprika, which is added just before serving to give it an extra kick.

Traditional Bulgarian bread made by Grandma from a handwritten recipe passed down through the generations.

A very special honey made close to the mountains. The bees go out in March and April so the starting material is not pollen from flowers, but the secretions of other insects on the pine trees.  It may sound gross, but the end result is quite delicious - a honey that tastes more like toffee than honey.
