My head canon is, since Clea is 12ish years older then Alicia and Verso is 10years older than Alicia. Alicia was an unexpected child. Not that she wasn't wanted but Aline and Renior thought they where done having children so when Alicia is born she is quickly handed off to be Clea's responsibility as her parents where much to busy for her, much to Clea's dismay. Alicia is quite attached to her sister ( in her toddler years ) because of this. Though Clea won't admit it, Alicia has her wrapped around her finger.
