I have been wondering about the status of Gideon's body in terms of habitability. Like, does she still have a big old spike hole and a crunchy knee or not? Because if anyone is going to come back and inhabit that body, the chest wound at least would be... problematic.

Judith says that she "looks like someone who died fighting" which seems to indicate she was still wounded. She doesn't mention that the wounds have closed either, and I think that would be a significant data point for the report. No specific mention is ever made of her injuries in the report at all, but because they're not mentioned I'm leaning toward them still being there. At least at the time the report ended.
