let me tell you a secret:

I am not okay. I hold the fate of the world on my tongue. I want to scream but I don't know how. HOW DO I SAY THE THINGS THAT MUST BE SAID? HOW DO I BEAR IT. HOW DO I CREATE A SPACE FOR MY SUFFERING THAT ISN'T MY BODY? HOW?

there is something living inside of you. there is an undeniable pounding in your chest. there is a river of life coursing through your veins.
