Dear Ramen peeps. Just wanted let you know that with this raw noodle and broth package, you can make ramen shop quality Tonkotsu ramen at home. Just make sure to boil the noodles only for 40 sec in boiled water. This is pretty much the only ramen package option distributed in US you could make like good ramen shops.
