Okay, so numerous people are arguing that Magneto doesn't pull out, which I do not agree with at all. To be frank, I imagine he probably uses condoms because pulling out is ineffective birth control. But he definitely understands and uses some birth control.
So, let's look at the breakdown of people Magneto has slept with. I'm only using canon relationships (sorry, Cherik shippers).
First off, Magda, his wife. They have three kids together, but again, they're married. (No, the retcon doesn't count.
Isabelle is his girlfriend in Classic X-Men #19, before the US government kills her. He has no kids by her.
When he arrives in the US, he dates Cassandra Michaels. They have no kids.
At some unspecified point, he has a daughter by Suzanna Dane. Maybe he didn't pull out there, but also, again, not an effective birth control method.
In Secret Wars, Magneto has a very brief fling with the Wasp. They have no kids together.
Many years later, he has an affair with Lee Forrester (yeah, the same one Scott Summers dated). They have no kids.
He gets with Rogue in the Savage Land. They definitely didn't have condoms, but they have no kids together. (They do have a child together, in a reality where they're also married.)
Years later, he dates Briar Raleigh. They also have no kids.
It's loosely implied that he may have slept with Storm while in Arrako, but not confirmed. Regardless, they have kids.
So out of nine or ten women, he has kids with two, and one is his wife.
