“Of course, Mom. You’re the one person who would know how to get out of trouble better than anyone.”

“Come on, it’s nothing new. I’ve accepted it.”

“Just know I will be just fine.”

“I better not, but I know you. You’re always causing some sort of trouble. It’s unavoidable.” 

“Ouch Mom, I’m offended.”

“I know. I trust you, Chris, but not everyone else. I want you to come home.”

“Don’y worry. I’ll always come home. I’m not someone you have to worry about.”

“Some friends. Don’t worry Mom, you taught me the best ways to defend myself.”

“But I am worried about you. I know what’s out there in the world.”

“I’m not worried about the dangers out there.”

“You need to be careful out there. You don’t know who else is out there causing trouble.”
