hii i love your blog sooo much and i'm just starting to get into giffing and i've heard that Gilmore Girls is really hard to gif because the colors and lighting and stuff and I just wanted to know if you thought that was true?

it’s kind of a pain, yeah. the lighting doesn’t help most of the time, and it’s too yellow, so most coloring psds don’t work (as they come. i usually have to change them a lot). i’m bad at explaining things but my friend posted this gif tutorial, which also includes a coloring tutorial for gg, and it’s pretty useful!

the one advice i can give you - and not just for gg - is: it takes time to get it right, so practice. download a bunch of psds, change them, use more than one at once, try making your own, etc. you’ll see you’re gonna have beautiful gifsets in no time!
