I feel so gross posting this because I still have sm to lose, but looking through old pictures, I think you can finally see the weight loss on me? Idk body dismorphia is so real. The numbers go down but I look the same :/

Is it an American thing to be given pop and snacks (like chips and cookies) on a short flight? Like is that part of airplane culture or is it because our country is fat and no one can go more than an hour without pop and junk food? I get longer flights having meals but this felt odd
