Well darn! Isn’t that just horrible? I mean, now I have to spend more genuinely enjoyable time and like, have positive feelings all the time since I just can’t shake you and get back to negativity. So horrible.

  Well if you can’t do that, then just do you. That’s what’ll get you friends. Acting confident is a way of survival rather than a way of socializing. Like I said, just do you. You know, if you’re interested in the friend thing, don’t act confident. Be you and be you so well that people know you for you and like you for you. The people who don’t like you for you aren’t worth you.

  You’re in what, 6th grade? Everyone is going to be the new kid in your grade. Everyone will be lost and weird and awkward. No one is going to think you’re a freak, I promise. Just… if you act confident, even if you’re not, people are going to treat you well because honestly, people are scared of confidence. They’re scared of the confrontation that comes with messing with someone like that, so they avoid it. Does that make sense? I feel like it doesn’t.
