Yesterday at the gym, I did 30 minutes of stairs, I can’t believe I have to be in that hell for an hour to burn 500 calories, I CAN’T, I almost fainted and I’m not kidding... But it doesn’t matter because I ate 200 g of chocolate, lol

Like yes, I think “im eating this and im not supposed to” but it’s like my mind delete that thought immediately and I keep eating and eating and eating and eating and eating and eating.
