Amy shakes her head in denial. “No. No, I’m not going anywhere. I haven’t seen him in too long and you know, what? You’re just as good as him. I’m still sorry.”
"I'm not though. I'm not as good as him. It's all hatred and anger from me. I'd understand if you didn't want to be around that." It was true too, he'd hated being left behind, that he wasn't the one everyone was usually looking for. He wasn't good enough, despite what she'd said.

“Now that sounds like a plan. And I don’t actually, but I’ve heard rumors.” She rather relished the idea of seeing him on a dance floor. She’d always imagined that he’d be surprisingly smooth or incredibly silly in the most fantastic of ways.
“You might want to hold on for this.” With little other warning she stepped in closer and hit a sequence on the wrist band. A crackling sound surrounded them and a sharp tug twisted them both spinning through the vortex. Instantly they were deposited in a flash of blue light on a neat artificial lavender lawn. River’s head still slightly spinning managed to stay perfectly upright and she groaned, a small pout on her face. “Useful for travel but the things it does to my hair. Can’t win them all I suppose.”
He just grinned and winked at her. "Not to worry. My dancing is well... like you've said, you've heard rumors." He'd never liked traveling by vortex manipulator. But he wasn't going to complain. Once they'd landed, he straightened out his own his a bit before turning to her.
"Hmm...it would be better to have a TARDIS. Take what you can get though. And you look fine," John said. Reaching a hand out, he brushed some of her curly hair out of her face. "There. Perfect. Now. Let's find that party shall we?" He said, offering her his arm.
I'm sure we can think of something...
“Borrowing! I’ll put it back of course, and nobody will be the wiser because I can arrive exactly when I left. And you love trouble, that can’t have changed. Besides, trouble is where all the running is.” She gave him a wicked grin and reached for his arm. “Have a preference? We could see a show in 1950’s Vegas. Or crash a party on the third moon of Chort, anything you like Sweetie.” She was sure that whatever it was no matter how mundane, the trouble would find them.
He rolled his eyes. "Okay...so maybe I do love a bit of trouble," he said with a smirk. Particularly this version of him, he seemed to be causing all sorts of trouble lately without even meaning to. He let her take his arm, a thoughtful expression on his face before he said, "How about this, we crash the party and then we can go see a show. Besides, you know how much I love dancing, wouldn't want to miss out on that. Now would we?"

“After all, we don’t have to worry about spoilers now do we?” She raised an eyebrow as she held up her wrist displaying a vortex manipulator. “Nicked it from the warden’s office on my way out of the Stormcage. Fancy a trip somewhere? We’ve got all of time and space.”
"'Course not," he said with a shake of his head. Better to not deal with the whole spoilers thing now anyway, it gave him a bit of a headache thinking about that stuff anyway. He gives her an amused sort of look. "Stealing now are you? You don't even care about getting into anymore trouble now do you? And a trip would be great, fantastic. Haven't been anywhere interesting in ages."

She shook her head slowly, feeling very confused. “What are you going on about?” Rose asked him, crossing her arms over her chest. “You’re sort of the Doctor? Like, another Meta-Crisis, or…?” It was all she had experience with Doctor that wasn’t quite the Doctor.
He could tell that she was confused and that didn't surprise him at all. "Not another Meta-Crisis. No way. I'm his ganger. And well...he regenerated since he last saw you. So this is me now, him with his new face," John replied. It was confusing for him to. "I go by John now though. John Smith."
Mine now ... has someone not done this yet? Why in the name of sanity not!
