I would like to add that just because someone is bi or pan, that does not mean they are polyamorous. Some are, just as some straight/gay/what-have-you-orientations are polyamorous. But liking two or more genders or not caring about someone's gender does not automatically mean that a bi or pan person wants to sleep with you and your friends.
