Reputation Stadium Tour: New Orleans, Louisiana (September 22nd, 2018)
Well good evening, New Orleans, and welcome to the Reputation Stadium Tour! So I’ve played in this area a lot of times; I’ve played here, and around here, about eighteen times in the last fifteen years. You translate that into tour language, and that means that we really, really, really love playing here for you. But this is actually my very first time ever playing in the Superdome. This is my first time playing in this magnificent building. And so you are always so welcoming to us, you always make us feel so happy to be here. You know you’re the best–you obviously know that–but do you want to know something really nice, like above and beyond the normal welcoming vibe we always get when we’re here? You guys did a really nice thing: you broke the all-time attendance record for a female artist in this building, which is so nice of you!
