1. Imagine your dr (like how the clothes feel or some things you will do in this reality).

2. Let yourself forgot your trying to shift, think about how your already there.

3. Say affirmations like: I am in my dr already and I have shifted,

[Tip] say this until you fall asleep or until you shift.

4. If you do fall asleep try to wake yourself out a dream (if your in one.) And when you wake up continue to say affirmations until you feel symptom. Visualize what you will see in your Dr and what you hear

5. As you feel symptoms continue to say affirmations but say them a bit faster in your head and you should start to see your dr room or where your at.
