Yay! I completed Memorist (finally!)
First of all, Yoo Seung Ho is good as always (actually he keeps improving).
Although the rating of this drama was quite low, I don't regret to watch this. I enjoyed the show though I think I am not clever enough to understand all the details immediately. At around ep 10, I wish someone can make a diagram to summarize and explain all the clues to me (haha...)
I know the ending of this drama is different from the original Korean webtoon but I think this ending is fine. I will read the webtoon to see what the difference is.
Apart from the good acting, I like the messages of the story. I like this story was not only related to good and evil or illegal punishment and law, but also the privacy issue.
Seung Ho mentioned in a recent interview that his next project was a movie but in the end he put it aside due to COVID-19. I really hope we can see Seung Ho in a movie next time as his last movie 'Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River' (with Ko Chang Seok who also participated in Memorist) was 4 years ago.
Next drama I want to watch is Flower of Evil (July 29) I miss Lee Joon Gi!
