kissing her was supposed to be the last thing on your mind. but as the night went on, you kept drawing back to a single pair of eyes. – wide and full of light, they drew you in like a moth to a flame. truthfully, you tried your best.. avoiding her gaze, making a quick exit before she could talk to you — but like always, she was persistent in everything that she did - no stone unturned - no mystery forgotten. which is why is was no SURPRISE to you, that she’s standing here now - in the lonesome of the patio, with a smile on her features that could melt the devil’s heart. you slide your hands deep into your pockets, because they’re  T R E M B L I N G  with the inner workings of your mind. his tongue presses against the inside of his cheek – you asked her how she was doing.. because for the life of you — god, you wanted to know. were they TREATING HER RIGHT? when she pauses, the words i missed you fell from your subconscious faster than you could catch them. now she’s inching closer - you wonder if she even knows it.. but you can’t ignore the distance closing, and along with it, every ounce of self control you may have had. slowly, your grasp cascades up her forearm, her skin felt like soft silk sheets - and you had never touched something so pure without ruining it. quietly, you tuck a stray blonde flyaway behind her ear, and without anymore notice, the light between two bodies is closed with a kiss. @pinkxperfectionisms

the party going on around you hadn’t been enough to chill the rage that was  B U R N I N G   inside that hot-headed skull of yours. her dainty fingertips draped around the collar of a stranger who wore the same colors as the one on that serpent jacket. your jaw FLEXED - the muscles causing your teeth to grit, allowing the muscles to tense. with a few quick paces, your grasp is shoving the unknown victim back into the wall - there’s not a beat in your step ; and before she can RATIONALIZE or even counter-attack your impulse streak.. both your hands are placed on either sides of her jaw, cascading your mouth forward until it found hers in  H E A T E D - and possessive clash. @srpnthart
