                            yet another tease —– partly.  it was proving to be true that the cerulean haired mage was one to arrive late to things.  she releases the grip from ironed arm, allowing her limbs to hang loose bye her sides while her smile widens a small degree.  ❛     and you didn’t allow her ?  i wouldn’t have minded seeing her again, though i believe she was always closest to juvia of all the members in fairy tail.      ❜  erza chuckles lightly, fingers move to brush loose strands of red from her face as the breeze attempts to have them obscure her face from his sight.   ❛     fairy tail is strong.  we won’t be stopped any time soon.      ❜

               A SMALL SMILE BREAKS THROUGH his features at her words. it was true that they were often late to the party - so to speak. but they were technically wanted criminals. and more than that jellal had faith that erza and her comrades could handle most anything without his aid or intervention. still he was glad to see that even after all this time ( although perhaps for her it hadn’t been nearly as long ) she retained her sense of humor. it was something they were robbed of as children which made him all the happier to see her display it now. before allowing his mind to become too nostalgic he nodded. “there are some habits that even time can’t get rid of it seems.”

        he resisted making a sheepish face at erza’s comment. her words made him think back to the last words meredy had said to him. and he couldn’t help but think how much worse it would’ve been if she had tagged along - at least after erza had left. meredy’s teasing was truly endless - it made erza’s small quips seem tame. “she’ll be okay - honest. there were some loose ends that needed tying. i’ll send her your warm words though.” at her final comment a true smile draws to his lips. he had been disheartened by the fall of fairy tail over the past seven years but he always had hope that erza, natsu, and the others would return. now that they had - the fight against zeref could be resumed. “that’s good to hear. i never had any worries that you would falter, erza.”

                 HE REMEMBERED THE WHITE HAIRED WOMAN from the Grand Magic Games. Not only that but he had heard of her before from Erza. She was apparently sweet but also held demon magic for those that crossed her guild. When he first heard it he couldn’t help but be amused - Fairy Tail truly housed all kinds of people.

               ❛ AND WHAT THE HELL DO YOU KNOW?! ❜  The blonde was screaming at her rival. The two were in a fight ( the fifth one this week ). It was almost always about the same subject – and the reason why they became rivals in the first place: UCHIHA SASUKE. Unlike Sakura, Ino was clueless about the stranger behind her, and Sakura saw this as an opportunity of escape. Out of nowhere, the pink-haired girl ( WITH THE LARGE FOREHEAD ) shoved Ino into the stranger behind her. ❛ Wh — ❜                INO’S BALANCE WAS THROWN OFF as she suddenly barreled over the stranger. Sakura immediately scurried off ( probably to find Sasuke ) and left the blonde behind.

               ❛ TCH! SHE GOT AWAY! DAMMIT. That dirty cheater! ❜ Getting back on her feet, she brushed away the dirty that now covered her attire. Glaring eyes looked back at the man she had just tumbled over as if it was his fault they were in this situation. ❛ Hm? Who the hell are you? ❜

      IT WAS AS IF her anger had went to the nearest object and unfortunately that happened to be himself. He wasn’t that much older than her, at least he assumed so, and if he weren’t feeling the heat of her gaze he might be amused at the thought of the things he got into with his own friends. As it was though, Jellal found himself putting his hands up in a gesture of innocence. It had only been a few moments and he was finding himself trouble. A friendly smile ( although it may have seemed more nervous ) crossed his features. 

             “JELLAL.” he spit out on demand, “sorry about that I wasn’t aware of the -- disagreement you were having with your friend.” pushing himself up with one hand he looked up at the blonde. “I’m sure you’ll get her next time.”

             IF JELLAL had been to the hidden leaf village more often perhaps he would have known more of its nuisances. he would have known the short cuts down side alleys, the older lady that was always outside her house, and perhaps most important at that moment he would have known to stay out of the way when a certain pair blonde and pink haired girls got into one of their friendly arguments. --- as is was though he wasn’t that fortunate and found himself in the line of fire via being barreled over.
