Patharia Hill, previously known as Adam Ail Hill, is a solid rock formation with the Gangamara stream cascading over it. This stream creates the stunning Madhabkunda Falls, plunging from a height of approximately 162 feet as of October 12, 1999, and continues as Madhabchhara. Typically, there is one main water flow, but during the rainy season, an additional smaller stream appears alongside it, and during heavy rainfall, both streams combine due to the powerful water flow. This impressive waterfall creates a large pond below. The waters of Madhabchhara flow westward, eventually joining the Hakaluki Haor. Additionally, a cave known locally as Kab has formed on the rock to the right of the pond, resembling a shed.
