We are back! Ready to bring the K Love back to the fandom!

Hello to all K fans! Some of you might remember that a fanzine project for the K series called “Keepsakes” was started earlier this year. Unfortunately, the project encountered some difficulties and was delayed, but we are pleased to announce today that some of the contributors have banded together to revive this project! 

K is a series that is very near and dear to our hearts and we would love to see this project succeed! Since it has been some time since the project was first launched, we thought it would be a good idea to hold a fresh interest check. K Fanzine Interest Check

Hello, everyone! We see a lot of fanzines going around, but have yet to find one for this absolute gem of an anime! Hopefully there are other fans in the same boat who would be interested in making this a reality! To begin, we will be doing an interest check to get a general idea of about how many people might be interested in participating in or buying this zine! As of now, we have no plans to center this around a single Clan — but this could change with your input!

Please fill out our 7 question interest check form to help us get started!

2019 K Project Secret Holiday Gift Exchange

What is this?

This is an all-ages, multishipping secret santa event open to writers, artists, editors and content creators of all kinds. The only requirement to participate is that you like K Project.

How does this work?

Before signing up, please check out our Rules,  Guidelines and Event Schedule pages. 

In order to participate, you will need to fill out the sign up form before November 30. After sign ups close, you will be matched with another participant based on both of your answers, and you will receive their name and their prompts via email. When you confirm with us that you have received your prompts, you can begin working on your gift. Posting the gifts begins on December 25th and ends on January 5th.

Sign up Guidelines

Try to write at least 3 (maximum 5) prompts for both fanart and fanfiction.

Your prompts can be as short or as detailed as you like.

For the purposes of the sign up form, “fanart prompts” includes both prompts for traditional art and digital illustration, as well as prompts for gifsets, edits, graphics, comics, etc.

If you have any specific preferences for the individual promps, please make note of them. Some examples include genre (gen or romance), pairing (if applicable) and character (or characters)

If there is a difference between what you’re comfortable creating and what you’re comfortable receiving, please let us know

[April 1st]: Fisrt Encounter - Anniversary

As we all know, April first is the day when fate decided to cross the paths of these characters on a rainy day. What do you think that happened on this encounter before or after Eric opened his eyes?. Or coming to more recent dates, how do they ceñebrate this event? Do they celebrate the anniversary itself? How do they do it?

[April 2nd]: Angst - Fluff

A good old classic.  Would you preffer to work on something sweet and cute full of happiness or going in to a darker side and work with the angst and despair? why not both? 

[April 3rd]: AU (Alternate Universe).

Self explanatory. Do you have in mind any other universe where these characters could meet? In to a fantasy universe or a Sci-Fi universe maybe? A fairytale dream or a post apocaliptic world,  the imagination is the limit!

[April 4th]: Hollydays

On this day you can create your work based on any festivity you want. From iconic dates like christmass and valentiens days to fun dates like halloween, even more classic japanese dates like tanabata or hanami

Roulette Challenge!!

From here on the next two (2) days we’ll try a fun activity that will help you to explore your more creative side!. The dinamic is the next, choose between two (2) or three (3) words, for an extra challenge you can choose them randomly if you want. Make sure to put on your entry not only the day but the words you end using for your work!

[April 5th]:  Positive Roullette

On this day we’ll take a positive topics, it can be taken on any way you want as long it remains on a positive air.

- Fragance. - Skin. - Fire. - Confidence. - Euphoria. - Laugh. - Warmth. - Thank you / Gratitude. - Compassion. - Esteem / Appreciation. (Since the word in spanish have both meanings we put both on the same place) - Courage / Cheer up.  (Since the word in spanish have both meanings we put both on the same place) - Forgiveness

[April 6th]:  Negative Roullette

Same as day 5th, on this day well use the roullette thematic but this time with more negative and dark topics. You can use them as you want, from a nightmare to a fight. It’s up to you!

[April 7th]: Free day.  

Self Explanatory. Here you can do anything you want. From a theme we didn’t touch here to anything else you want to explore with this characters!

K Project Rarepair Week - Guidelines

Rules

Tag any submissions #krarepairweek2019. Make sure this is in the first 5 tags, otherwise your submission may not show up in the tag. Feel free to @ this blog as well. If it hasn’t been reblogged within a day or two, feel free to send an ask to this blog or dm the mod @h-robin - sometimes things don’t show up properly in the tags so it’s fine if you need to give us a nudge. 

Please specify in your post (either in the post itself or in the tags) which day and prompt you’re submitting for.

Any late submissions are fine- real life happens sometimes! Don’t stress yourself out to get things finished on time. We’ll still reblog your post if it’s late.

Submissions must be new work- please do not repost pre-existing content. Rarepairs often have very little in the way of content, so weeks like this should serve as an excuse to create more!

Submissions must be your own work- this can include fanart, edits, gifs, fanfiction, AMVs, headcanons, cosplay etc.

If you use another’s work in your own submission (i.e. using art to create an edit) you must have permission from the creator, and you must give credit in the post.

Collaborations are welcome, but make sure all creators have been properly credited.

Make sure to properly tag your work- i.e. common triggers (i.e. graphic depictions of violence, death, dubcon/noncon, self-harm etc) and NSFW should be flagged up appropriately.

The only ships we won’t be accepting are those involving a child and an adult. Content including younger characters (i.e. SukuAnna) with characters of a similar age are fine, but please, nothing along the lines of MikoAnna unless the content is set in an alternate universe in which the characters are of a similar age.  

Works that are not in English are 100% welcome.

This goes without saying, but be respectful and supportive of others and their work.

This week isn’t an excuse to shit on the popular pairings. Everyone has their preferences, and that’s great! But ship hate- towards any pairing, rare or not, won’t be tolerated.

What constitutes a “rarepair”

Submissions must pertain to an uncommon or rare pairing in the K fandom. For the context of this week, we’re counting anything that’s not saru/mi, miko/rei and miko/totsu as rarepairs. 

For the purposes of this week, we will be accepting KuroShiro as a rarepair seeing as they don’t have their own fandom week. 

If any of the more popular pairings feature as side pairings within your work, that’s fine! As long as the main focus is on a rare pairing.

OT3s and polyamorous ships are welcome, even if they include popular pairings within them.

Fandom crossovers- i.e, content in which there are characters from series other than K, are welcome!

All submitted posts must follow the same rules as other posts- appropriate tags should be used, all work should be your own, and any work that isn’t your own should be appropriately credited.

All right then... @sickgirlmeh​ and I decided to create a FujiEric week since this year April First start a monday so the date settle perfectly to celebrate how this two meet and started their lifes together (platonically and romantically depending on how you want to see it). Originally we wanted to do it by ourselves but ended on the conclusion that we should talk publicly about this so if anyone else want to be part of this can join us. Depending on the feedback I’ll may or not create a page for this mini event.

We’re still plaining the prompts but we got 4 of the 7 decided by now yet we’re accepting prompts too!!!. We’ll be accepting fanarts, edits, fanfics, drabbles and anything you want to do to celebrate with us this event~

Specify Any ships you or characters you are uncomfortable receiving content for

Send the email and you’re done!! Giftees will be chosen on December 15th and you’ll receive an email with your assigned person and their preferences which are what you have just filled out!

After the event is done anyone who didn’t receive a gift because their gifter dropped out or just didn’t receive a gift and everyone who signed up to be a pinch hitter on their application will be contacted separately to make sure that they can make a substitute gift/ receive a gift,

if no one drops out and everything works out smoothly pinch hitters will not be required to make a second gift

Applications close December 15th at 6:00 pm PST and emails should be sent soon after or could possibly be delayed until the next morning

K Project Secret Santa Art Exchange 2018

Happy holidays everybody!!

Welcome to the first (at least I think) K project Secret Santa,

Secret Santa is a gift exchange game, art, fics and cosplay can gifted during this event

Applications open tomorrow by email, a requirement list for the email applications will be posted tomorrow

it’s just more easily organizable to send an email and so you can notified on any specific character/clan or trigger/ content preferences of the person you are making content for

I’ll explain this better in the application post tomorrow

Any criticisms concerns or questions can be personally sent or anon’d to me

Guidelines

Don’t tell anyone participating in this event who you are assigned to or gifting to

Be concious of the special requests, triggers or specific contents your receiver is sensitive to stated in the email you will receive.

Do not discriminate or persecute any person participating in this event including mods, other participants or the person you are assigned to

Please personally notify me if you intend to drop out, it must be sent at least 3 days before December 28th which is the deadline for creating your respective gift

Hello everyone!

Mikototsu Week 2018, December 8th - 19th, (our 5th anniversary!) is going to be more relaxed and chill, since we know 12 days from can be a bit overwhelming to make content for. This year we are doing a Rewind! This means that you can use any prompts you might have missed, or any ones you feel like at all! We know the content for this ship has slowed down significantly, but hopefully 7 Stories: Memory of Red has sparked some love in some of you once again.

MikoRei Week 2018

It’s that time of year again!

Much like our love for K, this week is back again to prove our love for MikoRei will never die!

With the release of Seven Stories, it only made sense that this year’s theme would be inspired by some of the new features! This year’s theme will be: In Every World, You Are Mine.

MikoRei Week 2018 will be hosted, as always, on the week of Reisi’s birthday. This year, the week will be September 3rd - 9th!

Below are the following prompts:

Monday - September 3 - R:B - First Meeting

K R:B is the story of Mikoto and Reisi’s first meeting as Red and Blue Kings. What do you think they felt in that moment? Or, what if they met a different way?

Tuesday - September 4 - Side Red - Homra

Mikoto’s kingdom is home to many, but does Reisi feel welcome? What kind of interactions do they share in the home of the Red Clan?

Wednesday - September 5 - Side Blue - Scepter 4

Homra’s run-ins with Scepter 4 aren’t always pleasant. Was there ever a time when they were? What stories can the walls of the Blue kingdom tell?

Thursday - September 6 - Idol K - You’re My Star

The world of Idol K is a getaway from canon’s death and destruction, but is it all fun and games for the rival groups? Show us what life is like for MikoRei in the world of studios and stages!

Friday - September 7th - Happy Birthday Munakata Reisi

As we do every year, let us wish a happy birthday to our one and only Munakata Reisi!

Saturday - September 8th - Gakuen K - Wonderful School Days

Student rivalry or secret admirers? In a world where clans are school clubs, how does MikoRei fit into it?

Sunday - September 9th - Free Day

Show your love for MikoRei in any way you want! The goal of this week has always been to bring more art into the world. Anything goes on this day, as long as it’s about our favorite kings!

Guidelines are the same as last year!

1. Tag your work with mikoreiweek2018 with no space in between. 

2. It is entirely up to you how you interpret each theme. Be as creative as you can be! Which means the setting of your work can be an AU or in canon verse. The relationship between Reisi and Mikoto can be romantic or platonic. You can twist each theme to suit your purpose. There’s no stopping you!

Guidelines for submissions:

You can submit fanfics, fanarts, playlists, edits, cosplay, comics, whatever you like, provided that the submissions are related to the theme(s) and revolve around MikoRei. Late submissions will be accepted up to one week after the final day.

NSFW submissions must be flagged as such. NSFW art will only be reblogged if under a cut. Please tag works with the necessary trigger warnings if they contain dubious content.
