It's an ancient fighting style created by my grandfather; the first time I held the scrolls controlling the power behind it, they made my abilities almost unlimited.

The only catch is...the style itself turns you into...a whole different person, I guess you could say...

He didn't have the heart to tell her that the power was beyond his control, and that he likely would be risking himself.

The girl looked a little harried, her hair a bit messy and the makeup a little smeared.

He then grabbed both of her shoulders, looking her in the eyes.

“O-Oni…?” She sputtered, recalling the last time the Oni were involved,”O-Okay… is there anything else I can do?”

Ever since she became empress, Kaguya had worked her tail off to up the quality of security in Ninjago as well as establish escape and evacuation plans for multiple areas. At the very least, she hopes, that this should minimize victims.

My father is currently traveling somewhere to find something that can help; he didn't tell me where he was going, he just said I couldn't come with him. He told me to make as many preparations as possible.

Before Lloyd could read into it more, he felt his cell phone vibrate in his back pocket. Pulling it out, he noticed a message from Safa.

"They're on their way. I can see 'em over the desert."
