Do you roller skate? If so I would love to hit the floor with you and I promise not to drag you down if I go to fall. @kamenovadobrev
Nins chuckled at Dom's playful invitation. "I haven't been on roller skates in years, but for you, I'll give it a shot," she replied with a grin. "Just promise me one thing - if we both end up on the floor, we do it together." Nina smirked and nudged him gently.
Sebastian flashes Nina a teasing smile, the playfulness twinkle in his eye, “Oh, I remember.” Even the smirk that grew on his lips was playful. “I also remember thinking that I’m a big fan of your confidence.” When the choice was made, Sebastian makes his way out of the house, tossing another playful look Nina’s way as he holds the door open, “A sunny day in California? I’m appalled.” He jokes. He didn’t disagree though, he liked to take walks whenever he could.
“I don’t think staring at pictures of me on Pinterest counts as me not being around.” He teases with a chuckle, giving her shit. He liked the playful banter that he and Nina had. “Oooh, that sounds intriguing.” Sebastian was always down for a good sci-fi, “When do you start filming for that? You know, I actually just watched Sick Girl a couple weeks ago, I think. It was a pretty good movie.” When she asks if he’s been keeping any other secrets from her, Sebastian tilts his head side to side, “Ahh…” Sebastian laughs, shoving his hands into the depths of his pockets as they walk along, “I wasn’t completely honest with you on our date. I wasn’t even completely honest with myself.” Or even Lily. No matter which way he looked at it, it was he who was the asshole in this situation. Maybe it was a good thing they were walking instead of driving. “I don’t want to be that person that leads you on.” It wasn’t a dig at his friends expense, or anyone’s really. “I have feelings for someone.” He casts a glance in her direction as the admission comes to surface, “I’ve had feelings for her for… a long time.” The laugh is barely audible through the noise of passing cars and honking, “I’ve just been a coward and haven’t told her until recently. Mostly because I was afraid it would ruin our friendship if she didn’t feel the same.” Sebastian bites at his lesser lip as he chooses his next words carefully, “I don’t want this to feel like one of those ‘It’s not you, it’s me’ conversations because those are stupid. I genuinely think you’re a great person, and I had a great time with you. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you when we were on our date.” Though that topic isn’t usually date material.
Nina was surprised by Sebastian's admittance. I mean, she knew the two had a great time, and he was a fantastic kisser, but she never really thought of it more then just a casual hook up. Would she do it again? Uh, of course but she also was at the point in her life, she just wanted to be wild and have fun. She could tell this seemed to be eating at Sebastian and it sent a wave of emotion to her heart. Finally, Nina spoke softly, her voice tinged with a hint of sadness, "I appreciate your honesty, Sebastian. And I understand." She paused, gathering her thoughts before continuing, "Feelings are complicated and unpredictable. It takes courage to admit them, especially when you risk losing something important. Don't you ever feel bad, we were just having fun right? It doesn't have to be nothing more then that. You were an amazing date, and made me feel things I've been missing for awhile. So please don't ever feel bad, I know you are not a bad person." She tries to comfort him. Having an idea of who the girl he's referring to, Nina begins to hum the lavender's blue song, "So..have you told her how you felt?"
"and yours mean a lot to me." he smiled at her when he too could feel the sense of closure settling on the chapter of their romantic relationship but it was reassuring to know it might not be the end of their platonic one. "you mean our paths might cross again when our possible future kids we're going to have with our respective partners decide to fall in love with each other and make us in-laws?" chace couldn't help but joke, grinning at nina. "sure. i'd love that actually but we can take our time and ease into it. as long as you feel comfortable around me and in a place to be friends with me, i'm up for it. i'd hate to not have you around in my life anymore." he answered sincerely. "probably would also make it much easier for our mutual friends to decide who to invite to parties and such." the older added with a grin.
Nina laughed at Chace's playful comment, shaking her head in amusement. "I can already imagine the family gatherings and the awkward 'parent-in-law' dynamic," she said with a mischievous sparkle in her eye. "Just wait, we'll see our future kids get married and we'll have to be each other's in-laws." She leaned back in her chair, arms crossed, with a smile. "Oh, the chaos of sharing funny stories about their parents." Nina winked at Chace, a playful glimmer in her eye. "Cheers to new beginnings, budding friendships, and plenty of laughter along the way."

"no, no. please don't think you were at fault in any way. you shouldn't have to be cautious when you're starting to develop feelings for anyone. when it works out, it's one of the best things in the world and if it doesn't it's a lesson, i think. i hope you don't feel too disheartened to try with a guy who i'm sure will treat you a lot better. if we had started things at a different time, i'm sure it would've had a different outcome too. for a while there, you were definitely my best friend. that's part of how it's supposed to be, isn't it?" he gave her a soft smile as he allowed himself to think of those times they'd shared together. their relationship never lacked any fun or soft and cute moments while it lasted which was also why he understood where she was coming from and how the hurting happened. "but we can and should absolutely blame it on my damn charm." chace grinned as he playfully rolled his eyes, letting nina grab his hand before he squeezed hers gently. "i mean given the situation and the hard feelings between us you could've come up with a lot of worse nicknames for me. satan seems tame compared to things i imagined you to call me." chace's grin softened into a smile as he kept looking at the brunette. "i hope you know you're a great person who only deserves the best despite how i have made you feel when we ended."
Chace's words filled Nina with a sense of warmth and contentment. She couldn't resist smiling back at him, feeling a sense of closure and peace wash over her. "Thank you, Chace. Your words mean a lot to me," she replied softly, giving his hand a gentle squeeze. "I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and perhaps our paths needed to diverge so that we could find our own happiness. And who knows, maybe in the future, we'll cross paths again in a different way." His comment about her calling him something worst, made her laugh. "Oh, I definitely could have, but I was raised to be a lady," she joked, playfully rolling her eyes. "So…um…do you think we can be friends or would that be too weird?"
A genuine laugh emits past his lips as he does his best to bite back the smirk that would surely grow, "Ah, some people say cocky and others say confident." He laughs along with her. This time though, Sebastian allows a satisfied smirk to take place upon his lips at the ease of making a choice on where to eat, "The place isn't too far, so we can walk if you want. Or I can drive." He offers either or. Azure hues look to his side just in time to see her bat eyelashes and Sebastian laughs, "Oh, absolutely." He chuckles, "Who couldn't miss Nina Dobrev?" He hums with a playful tease, "Been doing some training too." With Thunderbolts on the horizon, Sebastian had to get into shape for his role. "What about you? Been missing me?" He bats his own eyelashes with a laugh, "Any new projects?"
Nina chuckles at Sebastian's playful banter, rolling her eyes playfully before responding, "Oh, please, you know I'm a big fan of your confidence." She gives him a teasing smile before considering his offer to walk or drive to the restaurant. "I'm up for a walk, it's a nice day out," she says, nodding in agreement. "Miss you? Please, I've been living my best life without you around," Nina retorted with a playful smirk. She couldn't help but laugh at his teasing, feeling a rush of familiarity being back in Sebastian's company. "As for new projects, I actually just signed on for a lead role in a sci-fi thriller. It's going to be intense, but I'm excited for the challenge." She glanced over at him as they walked towards the restaurant, feeling grateful for the easy banter they shared. "And what about you, any other secrets you've been keeping from me? Besides missing me and the rigorous training regimen, of course." Nina teased, nudging him playfully as they made their way down the bustling street.
he pursed his lips while he gave her time to process his side of what happened between them, waiting how she wanted to proceed, if that was all she needed to know and didn't want to talk about it further or if she needed more. "i wished we talked more as well. it's my biggest regret about how it all went down between us." chace admitted and perhaps was surprised about his own amount of honesty right now. despite how serious their conversation was, chace couldn't help the soft chuckle when she admitted making him miserable was at least not 100 percent her intention. "no, don't worry about it. can't deny that it's never nice to hear those kind of things about you but it's not like i partially deserved it. i was an asshole to you and for that i apologize." he shook his head slowly as his gaze met hers. "i'm sorry i don't have a better reason than being scared of that kind of commitment at the time but i promise i'm doing the appropriate work on myself to never put another woman in that kind of situation."
"I appreciate your honesty, Chace," Nina replied softly, her eyes searching his for any hint of insincerity. She could see the regret etched in his expression, a mirror of her own feelings over what had transpired between them. Taking a deep breath, she let her guard down slightly, allowing herself to be vulnerable in front of him once more. "I was scared too, you know. Scared of getting too close, scared of letting my walls down only to be hurt again," Nina confessed, her voice barely above a whisper. "But you had so easily broke down a few walls. I probably should have been more cautious but I mean.. you were charming to say the least." she says with a chuckle. As the weight of their shared truths hung in the air between them, Nina felt a sense of closure settling over her. Maybe they weren't meant to be together in the end, but perhaps they could find peace in knowing they had both grown from their past mistakes. With a small smile, Nina reached out and grabbed Chace's hand and spoke with a laugh, "I'm sorry for calling you Satan to everybody who listened. You are actually not that bad."
"Proud to say that I shipped those two." He laughed before shaking his head. "No. Not at all." He sat up a little on the couch that he was sitting on. "Oh, I've been traveling and exploring. Life without the cameras is nice and peaceful."
"I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying some downtime away from the spotlight. Exploring and traveling sounds like a great way to unwind." Nina says glad Niall was out enjoying himself. She remembered when he first came to the house, he seemed stressed but she heard it was because his ex was around for a little while. Poor guy, she thought to herself. "Have you gotten any inspiration while traveling so far? Like maybe hopefully a new song? I feel like it's been awhile since you released something."
"I don't know. I can eat anything right about now. What are you really craving?" Honestly, he could go for italian, greek, just a burger and fries or even a healthy salad. He didn't really mind. "Lady's choice."
Nina's eyes lit up at the mention of having her pick. She thought for a moment, weighing her options before a mischievous smile spread across her face. "I know just the place," she declared, grabbing his hand and leading him out of the house. As they walked down the street, she refused to give any hints about where they were headed, building up the anticipation with each step. Finally, they arrived at a quaint little food truck nestled in between two buildings. The sign above read "Taste of Home - Comfort Food Classics." Nina grinned at him, knowing she had made the perfect choice for their spontaneous night out. "There are about three Italian food trucks we can try and some classics. Which do you want to try?"
Nina: I am seriously the worst person at drawing. Jimmy why you make me do this?! xD @behindtheglam
"I have two places in mind, but it really depends on what you prefer." Harry was flexible, he would be good with anything. "Do you want semi-fancy, sit down and chill, or fast food?"
"Nina grinned mischievously, ready to play with Harry's indecisiveness. She responded, "Well, Harry, since you're so low-maintenance, how about we go semi-fancy so we can pretend to be fancy for a bit, but still keep it casual? That way, if we spill our drinks, it's totally acceptable!" Nina winked playfully, already envisioning the entertaining evening ahead. Tell me what two places you were thinking."
"Did you change my name in your phone yet?" He asks playfully with a laugh. "I'm kind of in the mood for some street tacos, there's a really good taco truck down the way. But I'm open to anything really." He smiles up at her, putting his phone back into his pocket then.
She laughs and shakes her head, "No, I didn't change it to 'best kisser' Seb. Maybe I should change it to 'cocky bastard' instead." She playfully teases him with a wink before turning serious again, "But seriously, I could really go for some street tacos right now. Let's go." Her excitement is evident in her voice. "So, what have you been up to lately, Seb? Have you been missing me?" She bats her lashes and continues teasing him.
Niall chuckled when he heard Nina. "Oh my god. That doesn't sound good at all." He laughed as he heard about the invitation. "Oh really? I'm disappointed that I missed that." He frowned. "The house will be quiet until I return. I think everyone will like a little peace and quiet."
Nina smiled, enjoying Niall's reaction. "Oh Come on! they would be so cute together," she replied with a laugh. "Unless you were into her?" She winked playfully at Niall. "Anyway, tell me all you've done so far without the cameras stalking you."
"I'm kind of craving some fries and a milkshake." Together of course, because that was just the best combo. "But I'm down for anything, I'm starving." She hasn't had much to eat the last couple days - a small snack here and there sure, but nothing sustainable, courtesy of stress and an ongoing custody like battle over her dog. She has done well at keeping herself held together after she called off her engagement, but the seams were slowly coming undone and she was grasping as tight as she could do get them to stay.
Nina nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "Fries and a milkshake sounds perfect," she said, her voice tinged with gratitude. Her stomach rumbled in agreement, reminding her just how hungry she was. As they walked into the diner, the smell of sizzling fries and sweet vanilla ice cream filled the air, wrapping Nina in a comforting embrace. She was glad Danielle had agreed to hang out with her because not only did she miss her friend, but she knew she was going through stuff and wanted to be there for her. She slid into the booth, feeling the weight of the past few days slowly lift off her shoulders. With each bite of crispy fry dipped in creamy milkshake, Nina felt a sense of normalcy return, if only for a fleeting moment. And in that moment, she knew she would be okay. "Okay, order anything your heart desires, it's all on me." She says with a smile. "How is everything Nelle?"
Nina quickly glances down at her phone and sends a message to her mom before refocusing on the camera in front of her and her housemate. "Okay, we're all set. Have you made up your mind about where you want to go for lunch?" @wildewoodstarters
