Crossfit + swimming laps = really sore hands. On a side note, I have been wanting to try a crossfit competition for a while and God has provided! I am doing a beginner competition in October! I am super thankful for @jessman77 for making sure I eat better and for @benson163 for pushing me forward with my workouts!
