Hi I’m Rachael and a month ago my ex dumped me for being “too fat”. It was then I set out to lose weight not for him or anyone else, but for me. My weight and confidence is something I’ve struggled with my entire life. I was able to lose 22 pounds in a month with no change in diet and little exercise.
