Details of the competition
# Eligibility
1: The competition is open for all artist around the world. Participating artists must be aged above 18 years.
2: Artwork to be displayed in the exhibition must have been created after 1 January 2020.
3: Only original Artwork acceptable.
4: Any Awarded art work not acceptable.
5: Border, watermark frame & additional edit will not be accepted.
# Application Procedure:
6: Participating artists apply through email [email protected] . The Artist maximum sends 2(two) artworks.
7: After selection, participants will receive a confirmatory mail. The selection result will also be posted on our Facebook page, group, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr.
8: Submission starts from 17 December, 2020 12.01 AM.
9: Deadline of Submission 15 January, 2021 11:59 PM.
# Required Documents:
10: Participating artists must submit the details of their artworks (Artwork title, medium, size, Year, Country). Images of the artwork in JPEG format with a minimum 200 DPI resolution must be submitted).
11: Participating artists must submit their personal details (CV and Artist Face photograph) .
# Awards:
12: Top 8 artists will receive awards from the Karkhana art space.
A) 3 Grand award: I) Karkhana Art Award, II) Nidhu Roy Award, III) Goutam Kumar Roy Award
B) 5 Honorable Mention Award
# Judgement:
13: Awards will be chosen by our honorable Judges. The decision of the Judges will be final. Someone else’s opinion is not acceptable.
# Exhibition:
14: The exhibition continues on our Facebook page, group, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Tumblr by different format.
# Note:
15: Applying to participate here means that the participant agrees to abide by all the rules of the competition.
16: If anyone complain about copy work or other participants use copy then your selection will be canceled and life time band in Karkhana Art space all future event.
