COMMISSION INFORMATION

Messy sketches are not subject to extensive revisions, you get the initial pose sketch and may request a change or a rework but once the pose is confirmed no revisions will be done past that (with the exception with me forgetting a detail in the character design or a colouring error)

For refined sketches and full colour commissions major revisions may be requested during the sketching phase but once line art is started any major changes will cause additional fees. Excessive small revisions will also incur a fee.

I am in the process of branching out into anthro art, but I only offer it as sketches as I am not comfortable charging for something I do not believe I can execute well as something with further refinement at this point.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only given if I am unable to finish the work.

Partial refunds will be given based on how much work has been done, up to 95% of the initial price.

Exact percents will vary and are at my discretion. By paying this invoice you acknowledge that any potential refund will not be done in full.

Returns will not be accepted. If something is wrong it must be caught in the sketch phase. You are paying for my time.

REVISION POLICY

You may request major revisions until a pose and sketch is settled on. (change angle, body position, etc)

Once a sketch is approved 3 rounds of minor revisions may be requested, any further changes will incur additional fees. (facial expression, small details, etc)

I will not accept major revisions after the initial sketch is approved

USAGE POLICY

Unless discussed, commissions are for personal use only and I retain the rights to the image.

If you wish to use the commission in a for profit project, it must be discussed before hand and will incur additional fees. This includes NFTs

If you want to buy the rights to the image, it will incur heavy additional fees. It MUST be discussed before any money has exchanged hands. And what the image will be used for MUST be discussed as well.
