I managed to slip away home the past three day. Bringing rain with me it seemed because it didn't seem to stop while I was there but I got to see mostly everyone I wanted to see which was fine. I still enjoyed my time away. I saw some of the damage the rain caused and flooding but I only went to Roblin and aunt Dale and uncle Tom's house where I stayed. I didn't go to the farm which I'm glad for due to the flooding that dad talked about driving through to come to the house. The water was almost up to his doors on the second. So my little car would become a submarine lol. Dad did take me to see family I wouldn't of which I'm glad of.

I came home yesterday because I was sure of the weather (ether in Roblin or Saskatoon because both weather said rain/ thunderstorm) and I missed my roommate and Beanie who missed me.

I was glad to go home because I been wanting to go home for months because I was kinda homesick but every time I would be like " ok, I might go this month" something would show up keeping me may it the weather or the fact I didn't have the right drivers license or the fact I didn't have the right documents. Pretty sure the storm was suppose to be another inconvenience but I drove in rain before plus it was Canada day which was a day I would have gotten off anyways so I figured I go home. It was sunny when I checked the weather when I took the time off but eh, what can you do.

Went to check cows with my dad this morning

Something happened today that made me cry but not because of sadness but anger

I work at a charity store. I do many things, one being the registrar.

So today, these two guys were getting light bulbs and we have a little tester thing where you can see if it works/what it looks ( because there's just a bin of light bulbs and you have no clue what they look like outside of that) so people just buy light bulbs for a dollar each and non profit so no tax on products under a certain amount (important info by the way)

So these two guys are going thru the bulbs and I go over to assist, I even get a shoping basket and put the ones they weren't wanting into it so they were easy to put away (because it was nearing closing) so I helped a little before sweeping behind the counter. As i'm sweeping I heard them talking talking in their native language but saying 35. One of them comes to the register. He says 35. I guess I should have counted like I usually would but it was the end of the day and I wasn't thinking. So I typed in 35. I say 35 (I guess I should have made sure) and he nods. I typed it in (again there's no tax) and he pays. I give the receipt and *gasp* suddenly he says 25. My co-worker comes over and right away I say I heard him say 35. Right away the dude goes *I thought there was tax"

my co-worker fixed but I was annoyed but took it to the breakroom where I sat with my one headphone in and watched videos, loathing that man (sure there's nothing telling people about the whole "no tax" thing but really. I can hear the difference between twenty-five and thirty-five.

I was so mad that on a sticky note I wrote "WE DON'T HAVE TAX!" And stuck it to the register before brooding in an office chair by a desk near the register. The sticky note didn't last long with my coworkers finding it and chuckling about it being technically wrong because again we do have tax on things. I left when my assistant manager said "close enough. Let's close"

I sighed out, typically I would say "see you tomorrow." But tonight I left without a sound and just slipped out.

My roommate was supposed to pick me up but not seeing the car, I started walking because it wasn't that far and I was that mad that I didn't care. Typically I would have my ear bud in my my phone was at 5% and I have it set so it darkens when it hits that to save battery so I couldn't see anything on the screen once outside so I walked. I done it multiple times so I know the way. I just walked, sobbing because I cry when I'm angry. Focus on the walk. All the while my roommate was texting and calling me but in the state I was in I couldn't hear it (plus I swear the stupid thing doesn't ring). Finally I hear my name and look up. There she was. She pulled up in an empty parking lot waiting for me to cross. I was tempted to continue because I didn't want to people. But after a while I told her even though i knew I was crying for a stupid reason, it annoyed because I technically made a mistake.

I guess I have to push hard and make sure this doesn't happen again because it's bull. I made a similar Oops earlier but there it was my fault because there was a vacuum or drill so I couldn't hear the poor woman but it dead quiet and I did hear him. The guy was being a dick.

I'm still mad but this was a first time something like this happened. I should of double check. It's just grrr! I hate people sometimes.

My one co-worker wrote the first bit (his mood that day I guess) but I added the fox in a box (it was supposed to be a cat but it wanted to be a fox)

I got my manager. I found a water gun full of water and I shot towards him (I'm not mean). It was close to his head, scaring him. I dumped it out afterwards.

Probably put a target on my head for him to get me back but I saw an opportunity and took it 😂
