Keefe had no life. He had been on his own for most of his life, ever since he had finally gotten the nerve to leave his father. After that...most of his friends left too. They said because the Neverseen had been defeated, they didn't need him anymore. They said he should be gone.

Everyone said he should be gone. Everyone, including the only one of them he cared about...

Stria. He had been madly in love with her since they first met in Exillium, Keefe hanging from the rope and Stria laughing at him. They made eye contact, and Keefe decided he wasn't going to let this girl mock him.

And then he fell. Without his pants.

Everyone laughed. Except for the girl. She just seemed bored.

Keefe thought someone that didn't care was better than someone that laughed at him, so he tried to become friends with her. He had no luck.

Stria hated him from the moment he first spoke. He was such an attention seeker [A/N uhm so idk why stria hates him im just saying random stuff here i dont rlly know any of the keefe hating reasons cuz im too lazy to check] and he always, always, found a way to make a dumb decision.

And then she herself made a dumb decision. She befriended Sophie Foster, friend to Keefe. She now had to be around him all the time. And she hated it.
