One thing that stands out to me in your initial post was that you don’t mention contacting them yourself. Especially since chances are it comes down to one person trying to pass off your work as their own rather than some move by the company to claim fanart as their own knowingly. Contact them, ask to know who designed that picture, and then talk to the person claming to have done so.
That this simple step wasn’t taken before posting it as a signal boost is a bit baffling. What reaction did you expect people to have? And what did you expect to be done about it when that most basic of steps wasn’t taken?

I did contact them. I’m awaiting a response. Also what I was expecting was some advice from other artists. I don’t have many followers so I didn’t expect it to become so wide spread and receive 30,000 notes overnight
