I got out of bed to draw a custom headcanon Regula van Hydrus for my friend Warren!

When I was at my most uncomfortable, I was convinced that my only worth was what I could provide to others. It led me to mentor people and try to guide those who were lost and it brought me joy, but there came a point at which I started to lose myself because I was just giving every single piece of myself away until there was nothing left of me. I still try to help people when I can, but this is a piece I did when I realized it was all too much for me.

I have a recurring dream that I'm some sort of kitsune allmother figure, with thousands upon thousands of children. It's not a fun dream because when I walk forward, I'm so much bigger than everything around me and I don't want to hurt anything, but there's usually some squabble I don't intend that ends up hurting my or someone else's feelings.

Oops, All Varis!

Any time there's been a meme, I've been trying to think of a way to bring Mia or Varis into it. I'm super late to the Bubble Tea meme, but Mia (and Varis) are both stacked af so I wanted to do this one badly.

Partially named OCs, Mia and Hadrian from Knightface!

I've done some interesting meta flipflopping for Mia and Hadrian. I designed Mia in FFXIV to be Varis zos Galvus's wife, but because I'm afraid of the fandom, I decided to try to import both Mia and Varis into Knightface as OCs. Hadrian's look is heavily based on Varis's, but not his personality. Unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to tear away from FFXIV, so now my Varis Problems are much bigger and louder than I originally intended.

The work I'm putting into Varis Things is enough that I probably should just break off and do my own story but I can't care enough about a new baby series more than I care about pretty Garlic Man and my mary sue.

So here's some stupid sweet fluffy dumb 20 year old Varis being smooched on by this wife.

Kat, why would you design Varis zos Galvus as a Primal, why don't you just spend your energy on an OC?

Hi, I'm back and I'm here to say I really liked this one!

I know how to do cheap ink scrawl pretty well, so to ease out of my comfort zone, I’m trying to work with color better. I don’t think I can whole-month these, and most of them won’t be impressive probably but GDI I’m doin it.
