So before I even start rambling, thank you for reading this.Since you are reading the rules you are considered a kawaii princess. But now, alas, you need to read some rules kiddos.

I go to school and I take classes and sometimes I'm not in a mood, so replies will be delayed sometimes a lot of time.  Just because I answer another thread first and not yours doesn't mean I hate you. 

I really don't ship Dan with anyone besides Tsunade. Sorry lil homies. But if you want we can always develop something radical, okay??

I prefer threads that are multi paragraphs, but one liners are cool too (sometimes we need those). All I really ask is that you have proper grammar. Nothing more, nothing less kids!

How rare it was to see Dan Kato without a smile. Somehow today, he looked much that he truly was. Stress and depression danced around his mind, coaxing him to give up that very moment. Dan could not shake the thought of death away from him. 'Maybe, just maybe, I'm nervous. Maybe I'm too worried'. The night before, his dreams haunted him, ultimately forcing him to awake. He could not bring himself up to eat breakfast, speak to his lover or his niece, or train with his students. His young ones were informed that Dan was preparing for battle. Instead of doing something considered useful, Dan sat in front of his dead sister's grave, silently sobbing. As much as he denied it, he feared dying. The thought of leaving his niece behind in a cold and cruel world made him dread the thought of possibly dying. 'Why do I feel like this? I've nearly died before, why now? Why?' 

The starting of the battle was approaching quicker than he had expected. Dan found himself counting the hours, the minutes, the seconds till his downfall. Even while choosing his weapons, Dan checked multiple times to see how much damage it would do to the enemy. But that thought. It was as if he could hear Tsunade crying. Almost as if he could hear Shizune sobbing, begging to know why it was him that had to die. As a shinobi, Dan promised to the village that he would protect them with any cost--even at the cost of his life. He promised his younger sister that he would keep their village free and beautiful as it once was. Of course, even if his life was lost, how many of the villagers would have actually been saved? Konoha, The Hidden Leaf, was his home. This is where most (if not all) his relationships were established. This is the place where he trained his little ones that were one day destined to be strong fighters. If he were to die, he'd surly miss the village and the people. Might as well converse with him...for the last time. 

Jiraiya and Dan's relationship was fragile. Very rarely did they ever get alone, but they were both polite to each other. But, who knows what the other said behind Dan's back. Dan knew if he had the opportunity, he would make friends with Jiraiya. Jiraiya was strong and wise, patient, and willing to do anything anytime. The idiot was always looking for something stupid to do, but it made Dan chuckled to see Tsunade fume over it. As much as Dan disliked Jiraiya, there was a little care for him. Even if they were not friends, Dan would still be by Jiraiya if he needed. If Jiraiya would not do the same for him, he obviously hoped he would do that for Tsunade. 

  "Tch--you bastard." Dan called out, attempting to sound like his usual self.

Of course you would. "I think the only surname that’d ever suit her is Senju." And if I have any say in the matter, that’ll be the only surname she ever does have.
