Giving my body what it needs. Half an apple, a banana, 3/4 of a cup of blueberries, half a cup of greek yogurt an 2ish cups of spinach!! Still experimenting. I need to get away from the fruit and add more veggies. Gonna try to sneak a carrot in there next time! #vitamix
