Taurus and Depression

The hardest part with Taurus and Depression is actually knowing that the Taurus in your life is depressed. Taurus always appears to be calm and steady even when they are not. It might even take a while for a Taurus to know for themselves that they are depressed. Some signs of a down and out Taurus is that they are sleeping a LOT more. They can be defensive, easily irritable, and they avoid talking about their feelings. A Taurus can become depressed after a hard change in their life, from a lack of security, or if they ever feel “lost” because they don’t have any goals, stimulant, or purpose. A Taurus usually doesn’t have to resort to any professional help to get out of this kind of rut. Creature comforts can improve their mood such as a good meal, some nice wine, or a bath. Being around people who are stable and caring is the main thing that can help a Taurus get out of depression. If you have a Taurus in your life who has depression giving them reassurance and security can really help.
