a/n: HI EI firstly, I had no idea if u meant Tatsumi who spends too much money in general or spends too much money on him. But I still hope you enjoy!!
To say the least, Tatsumi is worried about your inability to control the amount of money you spend. Specifically on him.
“How am I going to repay you for the amount of things you buy for me?” Tatsumi sighs, clearly at a loss what to do.
“Just repay me with kisses and your company!!” You reply. Only for him to eye you sceptically, he already spends every bit of free time he has with you. To him, this is hardly any repayment.
However, he does think it is rather endearing whenever you take a photo of a small little keychain or trinkets you found and send it to him with a little message saying “reminded me of u <3” (which you gift to him later on)
Utterly afraid to let you go to the mall yourself though. And whenever the dates are arranged there, most of the conversations go like
“Tatsumi! This outfit would look good on you wouldn’t it-” Tatsumi directs your attention to him instead, “darling, I just saw your favourite bubble tea store around the corner, do you want to get some?”
Because of your money spending tendencies, he brings you to parks to have picnics. Freshly baked pastries laid on the checkered picnic mat, you laying your head on his lap as he feeds you small bites of the pie he has prepared.
“You could have let me pay for the pastries” you mumbled between bites of the pie that Tatsumi was feeding you.
Swiping off a crumb on the edge of your mouth, he chuckled “it wouldn’t be a surprise would it, darling?”
You definitely agreed with his words but it just became second nature for you to spoil him endlessly.
He continued “it’s alright, think of this as a way to thank you for everything you’ve done, after all, the best gift you have ever given me, was the gift of your love”
