I saw the new Ghostbusters trailer. All I can say is… meh. It’s not entirely horrible, but its not good either.

If you’re going to remake/reboot a movie franchise, then you need to make it different and innovative to set it apart from the original. Just making the new characters women, rehashing the same plot from the original and giving it a shiny new coat of CG paint is NOT different or innovative. There was so much potential for a new story arc in this movie, especially since these are brand new characters, but NO. Instead, they chose to rip off the main plot of the original movie. Honestly, this “reboot” just feels like a Ghostbusters fanfic to me, and a poorly written one at that.

I wasn’t planing on seeing this movie to begin with and this trailer has done absolutely nothing to change my mind.

I usually don’t put really personal stuff on here, but I want this to serve as a reminder to all that our time on this earth is short and we could go at any time. Little Julius was my cousin and barely a month old hen he passed away earlier this week after he unexpectedly stopped breathing about an hour after feeding. I hadn’t even met him yet due to our families’ busy schedules and now I won’t be able to.

Please cherish the time you have here and the time you have with your loved ones because you’ll never know what tomorrow will bring.

My mom and dad (birth father) finally got married today. This wedding has been 35 years in the making with many bumps and hurdles along the way.

So a teaser for Hyuna’s new mini-album MV was released today and it’s okay, but there were parts that were AWFUL. I don’t give a rat’s ass that it’s rated 19+. It’s still trashy as fuck. But I can’t express that in the comment section. When I did, the person I was replying too didn’t read my comment properly and said that I called Hyuna a whore when I actually said that the teaser “made her look like a trashy, drunk whore”, which is not the same thing as calling her a whore. (Don’t put words in my mouth asshole!) Then another person said I was annoying for stating my complaint/opinion. (Really? WTF?!) Plus others kept trying to defend it using the “It’s rated 19+ for a reason” excuse. (See my earlier statement on the rating) I finally got fed up with it and just deleted my comments.

This is the same type of fan BS that made me walk away from Girls’ Generation 2 years ago. Give a negative opinion on a Kpop video, and it becomes an online WW3 with your comment and you’re labeled a hater. Well here’s what I say to that: GO FUCK YOURSELVES!
