The Shepherd understands that leadership isn't about being first... it's about making sure no one is left behind.
The Shepherd leads with humility, serves with compassion, corrects with love, and gives hope without expecting applause.
In every family... every church... every neighborhood... every community... God raises up Shepherds whose greatest reward is seeing others grow.
Today, we honor those faithful men and women who answer that call—not because it is easy, but because it is right.
