The hardest pain I’ve had to deal with in my 30 years of life so far is the pain of someone I considered almost like family removing me from their life, without a word. Without even a trace. How do I know they’re okay? Why did they cut off contact with seemingly everyone? will they ever come back in my life?

To a lesser extent, the people who left my life who I felt I was connected with and understood at some level is also painful, but nothing like the one above.

Today, I had a glimpse of information to what theyve been up to in the past few years and it’s really put me in a headspace I haven’t dealt with in a long time. But, that’s life, right?
