it’s sad gay idols can’t come out and be themselves, can’t get love for who they are and not for who their industries want them to be, but what is sadder is that a lot of fans don’t even think there can be actual gay idols and if they think about it, the very thought disgusts them. it’s sad that people in this century still don’t catch the true meaning of love: you want to own your idols, you don’t love them cause love also means acceptance, understanding, empathy and let live. you buy their albums, not their existence and heart.

Hi Aroha and Shawols!

I’m Eren, and in light of Astro’s recent cover of SHINee’s Replay, a few of us Astro fans (and some Shawols I’ve already reached out to) have decided we should team up for the MAMAs! From pre debut we’ve known SHINee are one of Astro’s most respected senior groups, and from the support we’ve received from their fans on their latest cover there is no better fandom for us to team up with.

I’ve already started reaching out to some SHINee fans on twitter to spread the word and so far they’ve all agreed it’s a great idea!

So what do you have to do? When you’re completing your regular daily MAMA voting us Aroha will vote for SHINee in the following categories:

- Best Male Group

- Best Performance Solo (Taemin only)

- Artist of the Year

- Song of the Year (Taemin only)

and in return we ask that Shawols spread the word and vote for Astro in the Best New Male Artist category! It’s that simple!

Be sure to spread the word! Reach out to Astro and Shinee fans! The more people that know, the more support Astro and Shinee will recieve from voters! I’m also adding 1 extra entry per day onto my giveaway for everyone that shows they’ve voted for SHINee as well as Astro!

Good luck to both SHINee and Astro regardless of whether or not their fans decide to take part in this project! They’ve really worked hard deserve to win their categories!

and this is only 1/3 of the things they have achieved in over eight months. :’) they worked hard, squeezing in broadcasts on vapp and worrying about fans in between everything they did. they love their fans more than anything, making every concept about their fans. i’m not pushing you to vote for astro because you should always follow your heart and vote for the group in it. but if you don’t have a favorite in the mama 2016 vote for best new male artist, i’m just asking you to maybe think about voting for astro. thank you for your consideration.^^ - your friendly aroha next door
