Observe your audiences attitude, but your goal is to emotionally win your audience over. How can that be achieved when you are running into obstacles? Stay focused on your objective, use actions that support your topic, and make your audience feel liked, trusted and important. As long as your voice is projecting the right amount of energy and emotion, your body language is open, and your message is on target, you will eventually win your room, even if it's in a room of full naysayers.
