Growing up with a Polish Grandfather we were always eating blintzes, latkes, and pierogies. Well this morning I decided to try and make blintzes from scratch. Let’s be real.... I’m not at all pleased with how that look, not all that pleased with how they taste. They aren’t the right color, they aren’t the right shape, they aren’t the right thinness. The taste was okay.
