My anxiety and depression has been so bad recently and I don’t just mean the odd panic attack here and there is mean sitting on my own crying about the smallest of things but this one friend I have has been amazing.These past few days I don’t know where I would have been without him, trusting him is so easy and I have only know him just over a month (yeahh it’s crazy 1 month) I can vent out to him, tell him everything I have been through, show him that I’m crying and he’s one of those people that actually cares, doesn’t judge and makes me feel better about situations and myself!! I don’t know if he will see this post but if he does then I’m so thankful to have a friend like him in my life!! If he is reading this then I hope he knows who he is!!! 💕

Today is one of those days that I didn't want to get out of bed I didn't want to go on smiling and being strong like I have to be everyday!! Yes everyday I put on a smile and pretend things are okay but even 7 years down the line things are still not okay.. I miss my old life where I would come home and see my dad sitting in his chair!!
