Strawberry and Watercress Salad
The secret to this salad is the dressing.
Dress the watercress on a plate
Chop in four or slice the strawberries
Arrange the strawberries on the watercress
Take 50ml of balsamic vinegar and heat it gently in a pan until it’s lost half its volume
Allow to cool
Once cool, gently poor a small amount over the salad
That’s it!
Service alongside stake and new potatoes crushed with sea salt and butter.…

I’m Back with Cod Fillet Wraps
So, let’s see if I can reboot this blog as I’ve been away way too long.
Cook frozen battered cod filets (or fillets – your choice) as per instructions on the box
Meanwhile slather a wrap in salad cream
Place cooked cod filet in the wrap, wrap the wrap and eat.
Simple, huh?
