Forget The Past.~ Ainslee&Kenrick.
Ainslee looked at him, her stomach lurching as he took her hands and she followed him to the couch. She sat down next to him, looking at him as he cleared his throat. She listened to his words, watching as his head dropped. Was he really saying this? Or was he doing it because somebody told him how depressed she had been? She took in a deep breath and watched as his face came up.
She let a small smile play on her lips as she let her hand hold his and she nodded. “I want to be yours. You don’t even know how badly I do.” She then turned away and took a deep breath. “But why didn’t you call or stop by after the club?… I thought you wanted nothing to do with me. You kissed me and left…”
Kenrick sighed softly, annoyed at himself for not calling round after their night in the club. He knew that he had led her on, which really wasn't fair, and he regretted not coming round. But he had been so nervous about what she would say. "I don't know..I'm sorry, I mean, I hadn't kissed anyone let alone you since you had gone...And I was scared of your reaction. If I had known that you would have said yes, then I would have been round much sooner." He said softly, looking down into her eyes. Leaning forward, he let his eyes flutter closed before he briefly connected their lips. The kiss in the club had been perfect, but this seemed much more peaceful and private, not that he had a problem with kissing Ainslee in public. His pulse began to quicken when he felt her kissing back, he hadn't kissed anyone else apart from Ainslee. Well...His first girlfriend at twelve didn't count.
