How to take care of a tulpa

Give them a good home in the form of a calm and pliable mind.

Feed them only the finest attention and compassion you can afford.

Take them out for walks regularly so they can enjoy the great outdoors along with you.

Play with them every now and then to bond with them and to teach them valuable skills.

Give them the room they need to develop into their own unique individuals.

Belly rubs. If they’re into that kinda thing.

Life Update

Lesson learned: seroquel is a hell of a sleep aid. It also makes Isa feel dissociated and me have better control. Don't ask me why. Looks like today's day of work is on me.

I think I might write a thing on tulpas and sleep (specifically body clocks and wild variations) next, and may try to convince Audrey to blog about respecting other views in a bit. :)

tulpa.io migration complete

the server move to gandi from digitalocean is a success. if the forums are open then you’re on the new server. there’s still some minor things to migrate but they shouldn’t impact anyone visiting.

when we started tulpa.io, it was just a side-project and meant to be a blog for us... then we decided to put a blog and forum on it. we put it on our small vps server while us, quandary, timbredoodle, fall family, cambrian crew and ashlynn’s system worked on the site for a few months, eventually opening the site back in may.

it’s clear that the small vps has outlived its usefulness and i’ll be doing a server move to gandi.net over the course of the day (pending when their support gets back to me on something). right now, tulpa.io actually gets so many users that services run out of memory, processes are running slower etc. and gandi will be a right fit for a simple site like tulpa.io to alleviate all of this.
